Food 4 Less. Construction was completed in April 1996. This was an assemblage of seventeen different parcels with fifteen different owners. It took approximately two years to develop and rezone with the City of Lemon Grove. FOOD 4 LESS - Escondido, California - 55,000 sq. ft. Food 4 Less, as well as a 4,500 sq. ft. retail pad.
