FONTANA - A 16-acre shopping center with a 90,000 square foot WinCo Foods as the anchor tenant. Additional retail shops and pads of approximately 30,000 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed by spring, 2008 (View Plan).

PERRIS CROSSING - Perris, California - 387,638 square foot mixed-used development on 33 acres, with WinCo Foods and Home Depot as the anchor tenants. Construction commenced spring, 2006 (View Plan).
