17 acres, including WinCo, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Les Schwab, and an additional 36,000 square feet of retail in Bakersfield. Construction underway with completion anticipated in spring, 2016.

Fontana

A 16-acre shopping center with a 90,000 square foot WinCo Foods as the anchor tenant, as well as additional retail shops and pads of approximately 20,000 square feet. Construction was completed spring, 2008.

Perris Crossing

Perris, California – 387,638 square foot mixed-use development on 33 acres, with WinCo Foods and Home Depot as the anchor tenants. Construction was completed early 2009.

Clovis Commons

Approximately 30 acres with over 330,000 square feet of retail space. Target is the anchor tenant with Best Buy, TJMaxx, Office Depot and Petsmart. Construction completed in summer, 2006.

Sierra Village

Riverside, California – 58,000 square foot Ralphs and an additional 27,000 square feet of retail space. Construction completed early 2007.

Bakersfield

A 4+ acre parcel in the Home Depot Center. The center includes a 20,000 sq. ft. OfficeMax, El Pollo Loco and 9,000+ sq. ft. of additional retail shops. Construction completed in summer, 2005.

Fresno

59,000 square foot FoodsCo with 10,000 square feet of additional retail shops. Construction was completed in December 2003.

Citrus Plaza

Indio, California – 99,426 sq. ft. center. Construction was completed in January 2003. Major tenants are Ralphs and CVS.

Marketplace at Vail Ranch

Temecula, California – 113,700 sq. ft. center completed in summer, 2002. Major tenants, include Ralphs and CVS.

Windmill Marketplace

Clovis, California – 106,218 sq. ft. on 13 acres. Construction completed in August 2001. Anchor tenants are Ralphs and Walgreens.

The Marketplace – Buena Park, California – 235,000 sq. ft. project completed in 1988. Major tenants include Vons Pavilion, T. J. Maxx, Home Express, Carl’s Jr., and Olive Garden.

Winchester Square – Temecula, California – 120,000 sq. ft. The project was completed in 1986. Major tenants include Stater Bros. and a Payless Drug Store.

Riverside Van Buren Plaza – Riverside, California – 100,000 sq. ft. The project was completed in 1989. Major tenants include Miller’s Outpost, Trak Auto and Payless Shoe Store.

Cathedral City Marketplace – Cathedral City, California – 220,000 sq. ft. project completed in 1991. Major tenants include Food 4 Less, Cinemark 10-Plex Theatres, Thrifty Drug Store, and Family Fitness.

Victor Valley Home Center – Victorville, California – 215,000 sq. ft. and completed in 1991. Major tenants include Phar-Mor, Vons, Circuit City, Staples, Michael’s, Cinemark 10-Plex Theatres, Color Tile, Red Robin, and Pier 1 Imports.

North Broadway Plaza – Santa Maria, California – 110,000 sq. ft. and completed in the fall of 1996. Major tenants include Food 4 Less and a Sav-On Drug Store.

Winchester Meadows – Temecula, California – 85,000 sq. ft. The project was completed in the spring of 1999. Major tenants include Ralphs and AutoZone.

Gateway 101 Shop – East Palo Alto, California – 8,200 sq. ft. shop building. Construction was completed in February 2002. Tenants include Starbucks, San Mateo Credit Union, and Togo’s/Baskin Robbins.

Woodcreek Village – Roseville, California – 85,000 sq. ft. shopping center. Construction was completed in July 2002. Tenants include Ralphs, Wells Fargo, and Starbucks.

Laguna Promenade – Elk Grove, California – 96,200 sq. ft. shopping center. Construction was complete in December 2003, with major tenants being Ralphs and Rite Aid.

Food Less / Ralphs:

FOOD LESS – El Cajon, California – 52,400 sq. ft. Construction was completed in October, 1997.

RALPHS – San Diego, California – 46,000 sq. ft. with construction completed in April, 1997.

FOOD LESS – Lemon Grove, California – 55,000 sq. ft. Food Less. Construction was completed in April, 1996. This was an assemblage of seventeen different parcels with fifteen different owners. It took approximately two years to develop and rezone with the City of Lemon Grove.

FOOD LESS – Escondido, California – 55,000 sq. ft. Food Less, as well as a 4,500 sq. ft. retail pad. The property was completed in June 1995.

FOOD LESS – Chula Vista, California – 53,000 sq. ft. Food Less, along with a 3,000 sq. ft. retail pad. The property was completed in April, 1995.

OfficeMax:

Sacramento, California – 30,000 sq. ft. OfficeMax and Wendy’s. The property was constructed in November, 1996.

Redding, California – 23,500 sq. ft. OfficeMax and a 20,000 sq. ft. Barnes & Noble. The project was completed in July of 1997.

Kelso, Washington – 22,000 sq. ft. Office Max. Construction was completed in November, 1997.

Chico, California – 23,500 sq. ft. OfficeMax. Construction was completed in August, 1998.

Auburn, Washington – 46,280 sq. ft. This project completed construction in January, 1999. Tenants include OfficeMax, University of Washington, and Party Universe.

Las Vegas, Nevada – 23,500 sq. ft. OfficeMax. The project was completed in November, 1999.

Merced, California – 23,500 sq. ft. OfficeMax. The project was built in November, 1999.

Livermore, California – 23,500 sq. ft. OfficeMax and 8,400 sq. ft. of shops. The property was completed in February, 2000.
