Cathedral City Marketplace – Cathedral City, California – 220,000 sq. ft. project completed in 1991. Major tenants include Food 4 Less, Cinemark 10-Plex Theatres, Thrifty Drug Store, and Family Fitness.

RALPHS – San Diego, California – 46,000 sq. ft. with construction completed in April, 1997.
FOOD 4 LESS – Lemon Grove, California – 55,000 sq. ft. Food 4 Less. Construction was completed in April, 1996. This was an assemblage of seventeen different parcels with fifteen different owners. It took approximately two years to develop and rezone with the City of Lemon Grove.
FOOD 4 LESS – Escondido, California – 55,000 sq. ft. Food 4 Less, as well as a 4,500 sq. ft. retail pad. The property was completed in June 1995.
FOOD 4 LESS – Chula Vista, California – 53,000 sq. ft. Food 4 Less, along with a 3,000 sq. ft. retail pad. The property was completed in April, 1995.
